Now, the program of the 4th International Symposium on Silsesquioxanes-based Functional Materials (SFM20) is finalized. Thus I am happy to let you know more details on our SFM that will be held at Pusan National University, Busan, Korea on Nov. 4(wed.) – Nov. 6(Fri.), 2020.
Most of important documents and news regarding to the SFM20 will be announced via the official web site of the SFM20 (https://sfm20.weebly.com/)). For whom the Google-base homepage is not working like Chinese participants, however, selected documents and news can also be seen in our laboratory web site in Pusan National University, Korea (https://hacs.pusan.ac.kr).
(For your convenience, we are attaching herewith four files regarding to the SFM20;
1. Proceedings of the SFM20 with the time table of your presentation (Final proceedings including your abstracts will be uploaded before October 27, 2020.)
2. Time schedule of presentation
3. The general guideline of the Zoom system; In particular, we will let you know the secret code of the Zoom for the SFM 20 participants on October 27, 2020.
4. The poster template of the poster presentation of the SFM20. All the poster presenters should have 3-5 min. of brief presentation with their own poster files. In this sense, they have to send us the pre-recorded voice video file for 3-5 min. presentation (with the file name of "sfm20-Pxx.mpeg4.", where Pxx is the poster number in the program) before Oct. 23, 2020 via our official email; sfm2020@pusan.ac.kr. We will operate the poster session on 14;30 – 18:00 of Nov. 4(wed.)
Oral speakers who want to have real-time presentation can refer to the program. Please prepare your presentation according to your talk schedule. We will try to do our best to operate the Zoom symposium smoothly. All the oral speakers who are going to have video-file presentation have to upload their video file to ‘VIMEO’ depending on their presentation time (KL for 30 min. IL for 20 min. OL for 15 min.) before October 27, 2020. In the program, we marked ⓥ for video presentation. Then please send the prepared video link to sfm20@pusan.ac.kr (and dbaks124@pusan.ac.kr) before October 27, 2020. The file name and the email should include the paper ID and the title of the paper.
For SFM20 participants, we are going to have the test about ZOOM on October 29th and October 30th two times, and the server will operate 12 hours a day. That is, it will open at 8 am and the server will be shut down at 8 pm.
We are looking forward to uploading your video files for oral presentation before Oct. 27, 2020 and receiving your poster presentation before October 23, 2020.
